New Years Eve in St. George

St. George, Utah is a wonderful place to visit anytime, especially during the holiday season. To ring in the new year, venues around the city will offer a wealth of fun activities ranging from family friendly celebrations to chic adults-only parties. Here are three of the New Years Eve events happening in St. George.

Masquerade at Midnight

Attending a grand masquerade ball is a classy way to usher in 2017 if you enjoy fabulous parties. This chic black tie event will include plenty of upscale touches, a red carpet with photographers, jaw dropping decor, and live music provided by DJ Bueller. The attire for the night is black and white, although guests are encouraged to wear any color mask they desire.

In addition to a champagne toast at midnight, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and prizes given to the best dressed attendees, each guest will receive a commemorative champagne flute. The ball will take place on New Years Eve at the St. George Courtyard Marriott, and tickets are $65 per person. Attendance is limited to 300 people, so it’s best to get your tickets online ahead of the party.

Soul What!? Concert at George’s Corner Restaurant

Fans of this local band that mixes funk, soul, and R&B vibes will have a blast at their NYE concert. The show will start at 8:30pm at George’s Corner Restaurant, and all evening Soul What!? will perform classic hits from their repertoire. It’s free to attend the concert, and while you’re enjoying the music you can also dig into the restaurant’s tasty menu. If you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere to celebrate the holiday, you’ll definitely want to check out this show.

Celebrate at Fiesta Fun Center

Fiesta Fun Center is a great option for families looking to take their kids out on New Years Eve. The venue has a ton of games, an arcade, bowling ally, mini golf, laser tag, go karts, kiddies karts, and much more to do. There’s also a restaurant on-site that serves classic American fare along with pizza, wraps, and sandwiches. Fiesta Fun Center will be open until midnight on December 31, 2016.
