Pro Watercross Tourthe leading series in personal watercraft racing – has selected Sand Hollow to host the 4th leg of their competition for the first time. This is a huge honor for Sand Hollow and the Pro Watercross organization. According to KSL, Pro Watercross managing director, Nicholas Handler commented,

“We are excited to welcome St. George to our family of host cities. After experiencing Sand Hollow Reservoir for ourselves, we’re confident it’s going to be one of the tour’s favorite destinations. This is the Supercross of personal watercraft racing. The course is designed to keep the high-speed action close to the fans on the beach.”

Each leg of the race is broadcast nationally for viewers all over the country.

Live spectators are welcome to get a front row seat and watch the action take place. You will be privy to not only the racing portion of the competition, but also a free-style event in which the racers perform tricks and stunts with their water gear. After watching a few videos, I’m a believer! This is one event you won’t want to miss.
