Restaurant Highlight: Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

It’s that time of year again. Turn on the sprinklers and bring on the heat! Summer is here. One of the best parts of summer is the excuse you have to drop in and try any frozen yogurt shop you can find. It’s for your health after all! Without it, you may pass out from heat stroke. So, get out of the house and use this time of year as an excuse to indulge. I suggest starting at Menchie’s.

Menchie's St. George

Menchie’s is a nationally franchised frozen yogurt shop, though we only have five here in Utah and only one in southern Utah. Lucky for us, it’s in St. George! Let me tell you about the Menchie’s experience:

You walk into a modern, hip atmosphere: clean lines, bright colors After taking in the ambiance, it’s time to get to work. Walk back to the frozen yogurt selection and make a choice. This is no small feat as Menchie’s has all of the classic flavors (tart, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, etc.) as well as many original creations such as crisp irish mint, rockin’ salted caramel, pineapple cake, spiced chai latte, and toasty marshmallow…just to name a few. Top your frozen yogurt with your favorite fruit, candy, cereal, or cookie – they’re bound to have what you’re looking for among their selection of toppings. Then…enjoy. I promise you, this frozen yogurt shoppe is the perfect escape from the summer heat.
