If your family is like mine, choosing a place to eat on vacation can often turn into a heated debate. It’s not easy to find a restaurant that pleases the whole gang. Still, there’s rare a family member that disagrees with pizza. And how can you? It’s so versatile and satisfying, but just because your group wants pizza, doesn’t mean you have to skimp on the eating out experience. Consider taking your family to St. George’s Pizza Factory!
Located in Ancestor Square (2 W. St. George Blvd.) for the past 30 years, it’s easy to see why the Pizza Factory has become one of the city’s staples. If you read about the history of the St. George location, you’ll find that the very first factory was located in Cedar City, founded by a few skiers in the 1970’s who, when traveling to southern Utah, wanted access to a pizza parlor. And so it began.
The Pizza Factory is incredibly family friendly. The menu is as versatile as it’s main feature – pizza. Your family can build their own or choose from a variety of tried-and-true combinations such as Alfredo Chicken or Pesto Primavera. Whether you prefer the original crust, a Chicago deep-dish style, or want a gluten-free option, the Pizza Factory will cater to your needs. To lighten things up, they also have a renown salad bar. And, don’t forget their famous breadtwists! Crispy on the outside, doughy on the inside, and covered with garlic and parmesan cheese, these bad-boys are my favorite part of the experience. Have a family member who is hard to please? They can get their own, personal pizza. Not feeling like pizza at all? They also have sandwiches, calzones, and a pasta menu. Like the pizza menu, there is the option to build-it-yourself or choose from their house specialties (Meat Lasagna, Caribbean Scampi, etc.). For carb-counters of the gluten-intolerant, consider their “no-carb pasta” made from fresh zucchini – a delicious and healthy option.
Finish your meal with their “Never on Sundae” dessert. A warm, oven baked cookie topped with three scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream – this dessert is the definition of indulgence and is not to be missed.
Don’t forget about their amazing bread twists.
So stop debating! Make a reservation at the Pizza Factory. I guarantee the entire family will be pleased.
