Restaurant Review: Ahísya

St. George is filled with majestic sights, outdoor adventures, fun attractions, and memorable dining experiences. The variety of restaurants in the city is incredible and runs the gamut from classic American fare to Italian, Creole, Tex-Mex, and Asian cuisine. One restaurant in St. George is creating plenty of buzz with its excellent food and service. If you’re looking for a restaurant in the area and you fancy Vietnamese dishes, you’ll definitely want to check out Ahísya .

The decor and vibe inside Ahísya is casual and contemporary, and the walls are covered with a bright and lively shade of blue. On the menu, you’ll find a mouthwatering selection of dishes including curries, noodles, and pho. The latter is a noodle soup that’s very popular and the hallmark of Vietnamese cuisine, and fans of the dish will be delighted by the pho served at Ahísya. It’s flavorful, filled with fresh ingredients, and comes in varieties including beef, chicken, and shrimp.

If you don’t want to be adventurous when you dine at Ahísya, you’ll find plenty of food on the menu that’s familiar but still packed with delicious flavor. There are spring rolls, egg rolls, fried fish, grilled pork chops, and French style diced beef. The Asian favorite orange chicken is also available at Ahísya, as well as lemongrass chicken.

Other standout items available at the restaurant include Vietnamese Cabbage Pork Salad — with contains a great mix of grilled pork, mint, basil, cabbage, and cilantro — chicken pad Thai, and curry chicken with carrots, onions, potatoes, and steamed rice. Ahísya also has a variety of Vietnamese and Asian drinks available to order including Thai iced tea, milk tea, and iced boba, which is a type of tea that blends milk and tapioca.

The service at Ahísya is quick and friendly, and the value is pretty good when you consider the generous portions and quality of each dish. You can easily feed a family or group affordably here, and the variety on the menu means most people won’t have trouble finding something they’d enjoy eating. For awesome Vietnamese cuisine that’s fresh and served in a comfortable atmosphere, be sure to try Ahísya.
