Vocal Point and Noteworthy Concert at Tuacahn

If you’re a music lover looking to take in a concert during Spring Break, the Tuacahn Amphitheater has some awesome shows going on during mid-March. Two unique musical acts coming to the Tuacahn are Vocal Point and Noteworthy. These music groups have received acclaim around the country, and now you can see what all the buzz is about.

Vocal Point is an a capella group of nine men from Brigham Young University. The group is known as one of the best collegiate level acts in the country, and Vocal Point finished in the top five on the NBC show “The Sing-Off” in 2011. But this isn’t just any a capella act — Vocal Point is pure entertainment. They literally use their voices as instruments to enhance each song and deliver unforgettable performances. These gentlemen take the tunes we all know, revamp them in a way that only they can, and combine it all into a showstopping evening. Vocal Point is the very definition of creativity and talent, and their passion for music shows. From rock and pop to R&B and jazz, their repertoire includes it all and their act never gets stale.

In addition to Vocal Point, another standout group from BYU will be coming to the stage: Noteworthy. This is an all female a capella singing group that mixes humor into their stage show. Like their companions, Noteworthy also appeared on “The Sing-Off”, and the ladies won the International Championship of Collegiate A Capella in 2007. Noteworthy gives their audiences energy and excitement, and the way they mimic instrumentals with only their voices is nothing short of amazing. These women masterfully deliver their performances and make entertaining look easy.

Vocal Point and Noteworthy will be at Tuacahn on March 19, 2016. The show starts at 7:30pm, and tickets can be bought online or at the venue. Tickets are quite affordable and range from $10.50 to $15.50 each. The groups have taken this show across the country, and their performances have been hailed as innovative and captivating. To hear excellent a capella music this Spring Break, head to the Tuacahn Amphitheater to see Vocal Point and Noteworthy.
